Within the domain of Workday finance testing, I not only undertook test writing and provided robust tester support but also leveraged my communication acumen to collaborate effectively with high-level stakeholders. My analytical abilities were instrumental in dissecting customer contracts, facilitating data migration processes for a prominent financial services firm. Additionally, during the HCM go-live, my adept communication skills played a pivotal role in coordinating with stakeholders and functional leads, ensuring meticulous adherence to the cutover plan. This multifaceted approach ensured successful testing outcomes and smooth transition during critical project phases.

In the roles I acted a customer relationship manager with a focus on international expansion, I gained valuable experience managing 7 international clients and co-managing one client with a presence in over 20 countries.During my short tenure, I was able to effectively communicate complex international statutory requirements surrounding payroll and compliance to C-suite executives, allowing them to make informed decisions.As the single point of contact for my clients, I ensured that they received consistent and high-quality service across the countries in which Vistra provides services. By implementing a new payroll submission process, I was able to help my clients save 16-20 hours each month, ultimately improving their efficiency and productivity.I also successfully pitched Vistra’s payroll platform to current and prospective clients, providing them with clear and concise explanations of how the platform could benefit their operations.

Within this five week contract role my main responsibilities included: researching literature and noting key elements, creating a questionnaire based on the literature findings, analysing the responses to the questionnaire, and presenting the responses in a variety of different mediums.
