In this role I am making sure our internal systems are matching the agreements provided and paying out deals once completed. - Checking that all the figures match, we are provided with all the correct documents and are filled in correctly. - Entering data into our internal systems. - Paying out the completed deals.- Running reports at mid-day and end of day. - Dealing with our dealers and internal teams over the phone and email. With retrieving documents, amending documents, updating on the progress, helping find out why there could be an error after payout and how to fix it.
