GLOZONE: Are One-Stop Shops where all Globacom activities are carried out. Responsible for managing all GloZones within my territory (Current Territories; Cross-River, Akwa-Ibom, Abia, Imo & Ebonyi States.)Business objectives:To coordinate roll-out of New GloZones in the assigned territories and manage day-to-day Operations of the functional GloZone as well as ensuring Franchisee’s performance and adherence to defined norms.Description of Duties:• GloZone Roll-out Responsibilities.New Site Identification and Acquisition as per defined guidelines and ensuring strict complianceCoordination of Site Acquisition with Central Roll-out Team.Ensuring GloZone readiness for launch as per defined check-list.Ensuring successful launch of New GloZone and adherence to Launch Guidelines as defined by HQ Glo-Zone.Customer care, process & Training.Implementation of customer care process in GloZone.Ensuring high level of Customer Service Delivery to GloZone customers.Implementation of defined processes in the GloZone and ensuring compliance and standardization. Ensuring availability of trained manpower at the GloZoneUpdating GloZone staff with up-to-date products information as circulated from HQ team.• Sales and promotions.Planning and ensuring availability of sales stock at each GloZone as per stocking guidelines defined by HQ team.Ensuring and driving sales performance (for all products) at each of the GloZones within territory.Achievements of set sales targets on a month-on-month basis for all GloZones within territory.Planning and execution of promotional campaigns in the geographies to enhance GloZone performance through increased walk-ins.• Operations.Ensuring proper GloZone maintenance (Systems & infrastructure) on a regular basis.Ensuring GloZone adherence to standard SOP’s like; store opening and closing, branding etc.Conduction of regular Audits of GloZone as per defined check list.Ensuring adherence to excellent SOP as per defined norms

Business objectives:To execute various activities geared towards increased sales by means of increased subscriber base and/or efficient and effective channels distributions.Description of duties: Identifying new business opportunities, customers and markets.Communicates Value proposition, company vision, products and service capabilities to partners.
