About Samuel Valdez

A passion for hospitality management, I began my career as a culinary manager where I managed six restaurants in Central America with over 200 employees and developed and implemented operational policies and procedures. Through these experiences, I became proficient in implementing process improvement to shape organizational culture, optimize procedures for higher efficiency and help companies evolve and grow. Additionally, I assisted with company culture, facilitated communication and built cohesion between team members.As a dedicated restaurant leader, I am energized by developing, implementing and managing business plans to promote profitable food and beverage sales.
