- OPTOPLAN develops and manufactures an optical Ocean Bottom Cable (OBC) for Permanent Reservoir Monitoring (PRM)- Deputy of the site manager, with special focus on manufacturing and R&D activities- Firstly in charge of the integration of this newly acquired subsidiary inside the group, defining synergies with other SERCEL entities (manufacturing and quality processes mainly)- Follow-up of Ekofisk LoFS project delivery- Transfer of final product assembly, initially outsourced at Nexans, to a SERCEL manufacturing plant- R&D manager in charge of 16 engineers, acting in different areas such as mechanics, optics, signal processing, electronics and IT. Define, develop and qualify the Optowave product for PRM deep water applications- Contribute to the Alcatel-Lucent Submarine Network due diligence, leading to Optoplan’s sale

- SERCEL is the seismic equipment division of CGG (Oil & Gas industry)- Deputy of the Manufacturing Vice-President- Manufacturing plants follow-up, especially abroad facilities (Houston, Beijing)- Focus on cost reduction programs in the scope of multi-sites production (sub-contractors, alternative sourcing, freight…)- First assessment work for a corporate ERP- Involve in Sales & Operation plan

- Responsible for the system integration of the Alcatel UMTS product (Hardware and Software)- Coordination of system tests activities spread over 3 locations (Tokyo, Shanghai and Paris). French site includes up of 40 engineers.- Management of resources (intern and sub-contractors), lab and budget related to those activities. - Follow-up of milestones for Product Life Cycle (quality processes) until customer delivery.- Continuous relationship between development centers, system design, customer programs, marketing product, new product introduction and field acceptance.- Trouble ranking to define clear priorities and objectives for co-workers (risk analysis)

- Responsible for interoperability activities about 3G user equipments.- Activities shared between France and Japan, made up of 10 engineers, recognized as telecom experts by the Alcatel 3G communities.- Follow-up of technical partnerships between Alcatel network and terminal vendors (Qualcomm, Nokia, Motorola, Sony-Ericsson, Samsung, LG…)- Alcatel’s representative in the NVIOT Forum WG6 (conformity test plan between major UMTS networks and terminals vendors).- Participation of the adaptation by Evolium (joint-venture between Alcatel and Fujitsu) of the Japanese Fujitsu-Docomo product in compliance with the 3GPP recommendations.

- Test package responsible, leading a group of 5 engineers.- Management of the system integration for a new hardware device (transcoder) for the GSM product.- Project follow-up (progress, quality, synthetic reporting) to achieve first-off acceptance.- Involvement in newcomers training, because maintenance activity moved to Romania.- Interface with the development centers (located in France and Germany), support to the field trials.
