For Medica IT teams, my three primary responsibilities were to develop regression testing applications for web teams, program data maintenance tools for configuration and data teams, and provide mentorship for contracted developers. I developed the regression testing applications using Selenium via .NET C#. Using scheduled Azure DevOps pipelines, these packages are built and executed against test cases defined by test plans created by the web dev teams. For the data/config teams, I created RPA tools, accessible via Windows application, that update records for benefit plans, suppliers, claims, etc.., reducing their yearly health plan update workload by ~80%.

During my time at Hagerty, I collaborated with fellow intern developers to design, and develop an automated regression testing package for Salesforce interfaces using Selenium, Nightwatch, and other NodeJS packages. Additionally, I worked with web developers to improve user accessibility of Hagerty's quote application portal by creating new web application components within Angular 2 using Typescript and HTML.

In high school, I participated as a delegate in MAGEC’s model United Nations events. After high school I volunteered and was admitted by MAGEC to return as a council president for their flagship event, MAMUN. In this role, I facilitated debate among high school delegates, simulating a realistic UN council such that the students may learn how to conduct themselves diplomatically in order to solve pressing global issues. To prepare for this event, I kept myself up to date on global news and read recent UN resolutions addressing problems around the world.
