La mia passione per l'edilizia è iniziata lavorando fianco a fianco con mio padre, che gestiva una realtà artigianale di serramenti e tende da sole. Questo percorso mi ha dato una visione più ampia del mercato, permettendomi di sviluppare strategie efficaci per la crescita aziendale.Nel 2017 ho preso in mano la realtà artigianale di famiglia, trasformandola in SGV Group, un'azienda strutturata e industrializzata, specializzata in serramenti, tende da sole e riqualificazione del foro finestra, che oggi conta 40 dipendenti.Nel tempo, ho sviluppato un vero e proprio ecosistema di aziende nel settore dell'edilizia: Garuda e Sublime, entrambe aziende edili, rispettivamente specializzate nella ristrutturazione e nella costruzione di nuove strutture, e le società immobiliari Scala 29 e Luxhabit, impegnate nell'acquisto e nell'affitto di immobili. Inoltre, stiamo espandendo la nostra presenza con Optima System, un nuovo brand di serramenti, tende da sole e prodotti affini, con nuovi punti vendita nel nord Italia.Oggi, tutte queste realtà sono coordinate dalla holding Alcathous Capital, che non solo guida il gruppo verso l'innovazione e la sostenibilità, ma si occupa anche di investimenti strategici nel settore edilizio.
