My responsibilities include: Head of office, monitoring of all pilot schools, reporting to the Board etc.

•To supervised regular data collection through implementing partners and ensure quality of the data by random verifications and validations;•Lead the establishment of a comprehensive GRM system, receiving and addressing GRM complaints;• To record, manage and preserve monitoring and evaluation data in a safe and accessible way;• To analyze and discuss findings based on regular monitoring data;• Develop Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM) handbook• Act as a focal person in the project for Grievance Redress issues;• provide leadership to the warehouse team to ensure the development of skills and confidence to the maximum potential.• Provide technical support on M&E and evidence-based recommendations to the Project Manager and Partners.• Ensure that implementation of field activities adheres to Project Development Objective (PDO) monitoring and evaluation system;• Support partners in conducting baseline surveys and Post Distribution Monitoring (PDM) surveys;• Conduct Post Distribution Monitoring and Key Informant Interview (KII), analyze and report;• Regular field visit to Beneficiaries community • Developed call or complaints centers for collection of Grievances and resolutions; • Support the participation of women in project activities;• Strength the capacity of beneficiaries women in protecting women.
