In 2011 CAP was a small startup with a dozen employees and during that time I was an integral part of the companies rapid growth to over seventy employees within five years. In June of 2016, CAP was sold to Henry Schein, one of the largest dental companies in the world. Starting as the only support tech at the company I worked closely with the ownership and was challenged to be the first digital equipment sales representative. In this role I contributed to doubling sales year over year and As the sales team grew I was able to take on product management our equipment portfolio. This hybrid position allowed me to grow professionally and helped CAP become a leader in the dental laboratory industry. Our company quickly became the largest reseller of 3Shape 3D scanners and Roland milling machines in North America.

Brontes was a startup acquired by 3M in 2007 for their 3D intraoral scanning technology and device that was originally developed at MIT. That product was launched as the 3M Lava COS. I became the lead of a small team that built, performed quality control, and 3D printed dental models using custom built CAD software.
