I have ambitious long-term goals of becoming an industry leader working with Empowerment and Inclusion for those living on the Autism Spectrum as well as those living with disability.Living a life with purpose and empowerment is a privilege and a deeply personal experience. To be able to help spark, relate and inspire individuals and groups to progress and choose to overcome adversity is a truly humbling experience and is the reason I do what I do.I am highly skilled and experienced in brainstorming and adapting complex needs and requirements and I flourish in developing customised programs for participants to help them reach their goals, intentions, and aspired quality of life.My professional experience and expertise spans across physical movement and training, yoga, support work training and relationship management amongst not just individuals but the entire family support and structures.As the passionate director and leader of my organisation “The Form Movement”, I deeply believe in work-life balance as a priority for my employees.
