Ours is a consulting firm that specializes in working with governmental agencies to maximize their procurement practices, thus increasing efficiency and timelinesss of delivery. We also work with local governments to help improve their aviation infrastructure, while seeking ways to attract industry via the local airport and aviation enterprises.

The Board provides oversight and direction of the administrative functions of the association to the Executive Director. The Board meets quarterly to discuss the direction of the Association and areas where the Association members can make recommendations for improvements in the airports and aviation industry in the state.

I teach the following courses in the Aviation Management track: Introduction to Aviation, Human Factors, Aviation Management, Aviation Law, Air Transportation, Airport Planning & Management, and Air Traffic Administration.

I directed a grant-funded pilot program that provides training and technical assistance to small disadvantaged entrepreneurs in the areas of credit management and enhancement, debt management, cash-flow, and business accounting practices. The goal of the program is to help small entrepreneurs improve their credit and debt standing, improve their business accounting practices, and make their businesses more attractive to traditional and non-traditional lending institutions that can help with funds for start-up and/or expansion of their businesses.

I managed all facets of the airport to include fuel sales, maintenance, regulatory requirements, development and promotion of the airport.

I managed the overall procurement process for the university. My duties included managing purchasing practices by university departments, supervising the accounts payable function for the university, reviewing and editing university contracts for approval by the VP of Finance & Administration, managing the university inventory and completing monthly reports and spot audits, and overseeing the risk management function for the university.
