Working in Simmons Cross Border Unit in FS Reg, where clientele are large multinational banks- Designing financial reporting trackers through excel that handles WIP upwards of £500k. Through formulas this is intricately distributed to certain sections to allow tracking of costs- Working alongside managing associates to deliver client reporting (JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Barclays and Credit Suisse)- Developing process flows via Visio to document internal team processes- Developing Excel templates using formulas to extract data across numerous different worksheets into a consolidated file.

Working within LSEG’s Transformation Management office team during their historic partnership with Microsoft. Role included:- Driving the development of a new service metrics dashboard and DSO/ KPI dashboard for central leadership. This was through instructing Power BI experts in developing the dashboards with details as to layout, design and functionality of each table of data.- Collaborating with numerous different team leads within D&A operations, Corporate Services, Group procurement and Group integration to produce reports for COO and Board level. Reports included details towards their KPIs, DSOs and Service Metrics. - Driving Mandatory activity campaigns across all operations, as well as collaborating with Power BI team to implement a new dashboard to show all 6 major campaigns for COO Leadership team level to view and get updated completion rates.- Supporting ongoing management for various meetings throughout the year: ExCo, Board meetings (developing a annual calendar with all meetings scheduled)- Development of team Newsletter to be sent to over 90 team members on a monthly basis

-Process Mapping: using Microsoft Visio to develop maps from level 1- to level 5 of RREP team processes. This is for implementation into Casewise standard-SOP/BOP: Developing SOP's for EUC's and developing into the new templates via Excel. This included data gathering and extraction from multiple systems

Using Clarity PMO tool, and working alongside PMs within treasury, liquidity and capital teams to update and provide details of ongoing projects.

-Developing SOP's for Delegation of Authority and POA-Collaborating with global team members to put together monthly Change Board and Management Co. meetings-Facilitating ongoing projects with Project management tools such as developing tracking systems via excel and PowerPoint.-Weekly extracted data from a database into Excel and created pivot tables to show certain fields that were of value within the transformation team within HSBC.-Assisted in producing process flows for a new automation system for displaying data. -Testing out the system whilst in development, and documenting the next steps to progress on the system.

-Led project to set up new Covid-19 testing site at Gatwick airport as well as significant areas around Central London such as Southwark Cathedral.-Liaising with team members in regards to logistics of setting the cabins up and placing it on the site, organising internet connection for the test site.-Providing training to recruited pharmacies for them to start testing PCR and Antigen tests.

-Recruiting new pharmacies that DocTap would partner alongside in offering the various Covid-19 tests to patients (Odeon in Leicester Square, Southwark cathedral and Westminster Abbey are amongst my recruits).-Managed a team of two that recruited a record 6 new pharmacies in two days to partner alongside DocTap.-Provide training on the testing of PCR, Antigen or Antibody tests according to the PHE or UKAS guidelines. -Providing performance reviews for staff that worked alongside myself in the recruitment team.

-Managing the large amount of incoming calls as a customer service assistant (at our busiest we could average 600 tests a day across our numerous pharmacies and using our own couriers to take to our lab in Randox).

-Developed an award winning video for Gaddum's Carers network (please see below)-Supported Gaddum's ongoing rebrand process, which meant my role consisted of social media posting (using software like Buffer) and tracking, video editing (using software like Davinci Resolve and Videopad) to create high quality videos for their various social media accounts-Rebranding documents and website editing using WordPress.The video below won the award of 'Partnership and Collaboration Award 2019' by Spirit of Manchester Awards, for which I used Videopad to help create.

-Developing 1 hour lesson plans for multiple clients who were studying Business Studies, history and support for writing personal statements.

-Supported Barclays Recruitment by managing and booking interviews between candidates applying for various roles in Barclays and the managers who would recruit them.-Tracking the status of applications via Excel
