I was operative as partner and CEO during Tengos growth from 4msek to 67msek. During this time we developed an ecommerce that evolved into one of the biggest in the industry. I was the leading figure in overcoming a big variety of challenges and obstacles during this hyper-growth. Some skills I acquired during this time: - Management of a tight team with various positions and personalities - Marketing on all levels, SEO, SEM, SMM, Affiliate Marketing, Newsletter Automations, Text Marketing, Influencer Marketing etc - A good understanding of various systems and how they work together.
