A&M Builds amazing products through understanding the art and science of aroma. Up to 90% of Flavor comes from Aroma and is often overlooked when developing products. A&M launched it's own line of consumer products designed to enhance flavor in food and drinks while simultaneously building a contract product development business. General Manager and Operations for the Restaurant for Premier Farm to Table restaurant in Shelburne. Shelburne Farms as a whole is a non profit with a focus on Education for Sustainability. The restaurant funds the education programs while embodying the ideal of using locally and sustainably grown foods to create a high end experience using the finest ingredients. A passion in food, beverage, and the the complex systems that let restaurants function led me to the restaurant and hospitality industry.
