I am a Warehouse Team Lead at E. Tupling, a leading supplier of plumbing and heating products. I have a Bachelor of Science in Sports Coaching and Performance from the University of Central Lancashire, where I learned how to apply scientific principles and techniques to enhance athletic performance and well-being. I have a hybrid role that involves working in multiple areas of the business, from the office to the warehouse, and I have developed core competencies in material handling equipment, shipping and receiving, sales and purchasing.In my current and previous roles at E. Tupling, I have contributed to the improvement of the efficiency and service quality of the warehouse operations. I have implemented a new courier system, created and launched a click and collect structure, inspected invoices for discrepancies, and ordered packaging materials at lower prices. I have also worked closely with my general manager, customers, and external partners to resolve issues, drive sales, and organize social events. I am motivated by the challenge and variety of my work, and I enjoy collaborating with my colleagues and stakeholders. I am passionate about sports and self improvement, and I believe that I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team.I have the upmost confidence that I can always find a solution to the problem you place in front of me.
