- Prepare estimates at various stages of the design process, from conceptual design to pre-tender stage- Elemental and Trade quantity take-offs- Pricing of estimates / research market pricing information- Review, assess, quantify building design elements throughout various building and infrastructure projects

- Prepare shop drawings- Assist and coordinate with project managers to allocate materials- Place purchase orders and maintain relationships with all trade vendors
