In mass production(1) Drive daily Yield Report review at vendors, including data integrity & SMART corrective actions(2) Monitor Daily line quality status at vendor side , qualify issue solving (3) Yield improvement

Take in charge of supplier quality management of cylinder head, shaft, piston ,include commodity of aluminum die casting , CNC & plating a. At NPI phase follow the APQP process , focus on PPAP review &verification & approval b. At MP phase, focus on SGM powertrain factory QRQC, follow on daily yield & solve quality issue in production line, ensure the production line running smoothly, no line stop happen(sorting on time) . And do the FACA on quality issue 2. Statistically analysis the daily and weekly production yield data , and lead the continuous improvement of yield from supplier3. Involve PTR validation for PPAP part in factory 4. Regular audit at supplier site and verify corrective action implement (PPAP audit, QMS audit , pilot audit ) 5. Supplier onsite sorting and scrap compensation management6. Supplier KPI management

Shanghai Faiveley Railway Technology Co., Ltd is a joint venture of Faiveley Group and Shanghai Electrics Group ,and PPC is the purchasing center of Faiveley in chine .It's the supplier of door , air conditioner system to metro and high speed train. I am taking the job assignments from both Shanghai Faiveley Co.& PPC, the commodities I take in charge are stamping, machining ,welding, and plating parts .I deeply familiar with 5 tools of quality control. I was working in ZF Boge Elastmetall as a SQE at these duration. I was incharge of the commodity like stamping,cold forming , plating and Al die casting.
