• Administer the post contract of main and subcontract agreements.• Evaluate actual monthly accomplishment with factual substantiation and prepare an invoice to be submitted to Client.• To review RFI’s and instructions for the possible additional cost and prepare an additional variation cost to submit to client for their review and approval. • To reconcile claims with the QS client to come up with a fair agreement for the approval of invoices and cost variations claimed. • To evaluate and assess Subcontractor’s claim and process it accordingly through Cheops.• To have a workshop to all the Subcontractors regarding their claim whenever they have any inquiry nor clarifications.• To prepare a Subcontractor’s cost report to be submitted to the commercial manager for his reference. • To review and correct Subcontractor asset registers submission as per Client requirements and prepare a consolidated submission to be submitted to Client. • To reply and make a correspondence to Subcontractors whenever it is necessary.

Review all the drawings received from client, verify all the items involved derive unit cost for every items in the BoQ, review and update circular from the client and update it, floating quotations for items to Suppliers & Contractors to issue all the drawing and specifications for their references, follow up the status of their quotations & etc....

• Administer the post contract of main and subcontract agreements.• Monitoring of accomplishment as per milestone activities and to gathered proof/substantiation in preparation of Payment claims to be submitted to Client.• Preparing variations valuation base on the changes in the drawings from FEED to approved latest drawings.• Assessing payments application of all sub-contractor based on the payment terms and conditions stipulated in their agreed subcontract agreement.• Preparing monthly payment Certificate to submit to client for their review & approval.• Assessing Site instructions issued by Client if it’s involve additional cost. • Preparing variation valuation proposal to be submitted to client for their approval.

• Preparing Bill of Quantities and quantity take off.• Preparing monthly claim to be submitted to Client and to have a site visit together with their QS to explain and satisfy him with our claim.• Re-measurements of all items involved in the project.• Preparing variations valuation base on the changes in the drawings from tender to approved latest drawings.• Assessing payments application of all sub-contractor based on the payment terms and conditions stipulated in their agreed subcontract agreement.• Preparing variation valuation proposal to be submitted to client for their approval.• Issuing correspondence to sub-contractor’s letter.
