Being tasked to complete complex training programmes whilst hitting all objectives, reporting and assessing 50+ marines and ensuring health and safety requirements were adhered to. A role requiring deconfliction for training areas, assessment of candidates, organisation of logistics, delivery of lectures and honest articulate summaries of performance made this a multifaceted role which resulted in new generations of highly skilled Royal Marines.
