Product Manager, using agile methodology to lead teams in building, shipping and scaling impactful products:1. led the development of products across departments at AbInBev, scaling across Africa (marketing, Logistics, legal, RTM etc), heralding the digitization journey for these departments. 2. By setting up an internal tech team to build software products, the company recorded a cost savings of ~ $500,000 in the first year.3. Led the team that built a Mini-ERP as a cutover tool as the company transitioned from Syspro to SAP. Within 2 days of launching, this amazing product invoiced over $1.3mn in customer orders and processed $1.9mn in payment.4. Led the research and development of a B2B e-commerce and payment platform.

Conducted Market research for the Direct-to-Customer Project by sampling hundreds of wholesalers across 94 data points, analysed and identified opportunities across redistribution, mobile payment, etc that have contributed immensely to the continued success of the D-T-C project with higher net revenue than the traditional route-to-market.2. Post-sampling analysis of a newly launched brand, identifying the post-sampling purchase behaviour, a unique insight to measure product sampling effectiveness.
