Advised parties base on their obligations and rights under a property transaction.Ensure there is a standard compliance with regulatory laws such as Land Use Act, Stamp duty by both vendors and purchasers who sort after legal advisory as regards their land transactions.Draft and reviewed several agreements related to property, labour and telecommunications.Conduct several cases at the State High Court and Federal High Court in relation to commerical land transactions.Conduct title searches at Land Registry, Probate Registry, Corporate Affairs Commission and other related government institutions to check and reduce the risk associated with the title(s).

I took students of several disciplines on Business Law at the ICAN center for their ATS 1 examinations. Under my auspices, the center recorded 98% academic success in the ICAN examination especially ATS 1.
