I headed up the program office where I was responsible for budgeting and risk management. I was an active member of the program leadership team where all aspects of program control was managed. Aspects like organizational rollout, change management, resource planning, planning.My other responsibility in the program was portfolio and roadmap planning. This involved driving pre-studies to make the program and the business ready for new ways of working and new PLM system functionality. Some of the areas involved product platform and variance management, ERP-integration, sourcing collaboration etc.

Worked as the link between the business and IT in the area of PLM. Together with the business I developed best practice methods and processes in the areas electronics, software and systems engineering.I also played a key role in the NextGen PLM program solution development team.Key focus areas- Change management- Configuration management- Solution development

Worked with supporting the business regarding PLM process development, guidelines, standardization and education.

Thesis title: The Design Platform Approach–Enabling platform-based development in the engineer-to-order industry.In this work I developed and investigated the effects of applying a platform approach during the design phase in ETO companies. The solution was prototyped in a computer application and verified in several companies.

Worked with the mechanical design of small and complex solutions for sewing machines.
