Plans, coordinates and supervises the execution of the most complex MTC supported events for Division and below units. Primary responsibility for simulations supported training to Divisions and below units; secondary responsibility to train echelons above Division when required. Serves as contractor lead in developing Mission Training Complex supported training at Yakima Training Center including collective (Division and below) and small unit collective/individual training supported by GFT/VBS-3. Creates AAR Plans for the exercise audience, outlining data collection, analysis parameters, presentations, and final AAR report. As the non-lethal targeting officer in Kirkuk, Iraq, I had the responsibilities of managing the Brigade's non-lethal assets to ensure all non-lethal actions are targeted towards the commander's end-state. In addition, I was the Brigade's economics and government liaison with the US State Department Provincial Reconstruction Team for the Kirkuk area.

My job was to advise the commander and their staff on the technical and tactical aspects of the employment of fire support systems and effects mechanisms as they related to both lethal and non-lethal targeting. I was responsible for all facets of collateral damage estimation and weapons effects employment procedures required for attacking targets, to include high value individuals and dynamic targets.

As a Fire Support Specialist my primary duty was to support maneuvering land forces with artillery, mortars, rotary and fixed wing air support, naval gunfire, and rockets.
