Profile bio

About Samuel Ausdemore, Cma

I graduated from Nebraska Wesleyan University in May 2011 with a degree in International Business, and added a BS in Accounting from Colorado State University-Global Campus and a CMA certification after ten years of progressive work experience.I started as a Business Analyst with RNDC in South Dakota in May 2012, undertaking a number of successful initiatives, including a 99% reduction in delinquent Supplier AR balances (chargebacks). We built that success by implementing Oracle-based programs (and a dedicated team) to handle Supplier AR functions across Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota, processing 26,000 transactions for more than $61m in our first year, while reducing both aging balances and head counts across the markets. Building on our positive experiences with Oracle conversions in Finance, SAR, and AP, I joined RNDC’s corporate team leading a full Oracle ERP conversion for our Kentucky market. I returned to South Dakota as the market’s inaugural State Finance manager in January 2019, with responsibilities expanding to Nebraska and Other Dakota in 2022. Since RNDC-SD invested in a dedicated finance team, we’ve seen margin and profit per-case increases every quarter, despite the departure of major, profitable portions of our portfolio, COVID-19 disruptions, and unprecedented cost pressures. We’ve also successfully launched and integrated new systems, processes, and workflows while reducing headcount through process improvements and automation. In late 2022, I welcomed the opportunity to build on South Dakota’s success, and lead the RNDC Finance Team across Best Dakota, Other Dakota, and Nebraska as the Plains States Finance Director.

Listed skills include Research, Editing, Powerpoint, Public Speaking, and 11 others.
