As a quality technician I have worked for 6 months without a direct manager on site, granting me great experience in interdepartmental communication, scheduling, task management, and flexibility to assist production along with● Perform Quality Assurance Inspections on products, equipment, and procedures.● Am responsible for monitoring product cannabis safety and quality throughout the manufacturing process● Am responsible for performing sanitation verification on equipment and other areas required (Using ATP swabs + Surface and air plates)● Am responsible for auditing the correct recording and filing of all relevant record logs and documentation completed by staff (Weight verification sheets, MMR’s, fertigation log)● Ensure the correct guidelines for production are followed during operations.● Ensure employees follow all SOP’s, Work Instructions, and worker safety practices.● Assist National Quality leadership with instructing employees on Quality Improvements or Issues.● Collect product samples for Product Development, lab retains and the laboratory when directed.● Record and measure product sample organoleptic characteristics, along with water activity & moisture content.● Support production team members on the Quality Program to ensure there is an in-depth understanding of program and individual responsibilities.● Provide support to GMP production operations, including conducting SOPs, training, and serve as resource to operations for quality controls and GMP compliance● Support improvement and alignment of the Quality Management Systems (QMS) at site level.● Conduct all duties in compliance with safety rules, applicable SOPs, and other relevant guidelines.● Support all staff in data collection and analysis, reporting activities that support quality performance monitoring● Support review and approval of batch record documentation, including validation protocols, master batch records, analytical test results, packaging, and labeling documentation.

As a teaching assistant, I was responsible for helping set up labs, clean up after labs, and answer the Freshman’s questions during the labs. I also help the professor grade the lab reports, following a grading rubric and taking detailed notes.

I worked as a Research Assistant for Dr. Jorge Angulo-Valdez as the specimen collection and identification specialist. I am helped lead the collection, identification, and preservation of all of the animals present on the Artificial Reef structures at Ana Maria Island.

My job was to help 23 students of the 2023 Freshman class adjust to college life at Eckerd College. It requires me to speak publicly, host workshops, conduct one-on-one interviews, as well as manage a budget as well as my time.
