Current- Establish employee engagement practice: determine engagement metrics, design global engagement survey, and implement programs to increase engagement in a hybrid environment.- Act as global Workday HRIS specialist: ensure operational excellence across Workday-enabled programs including onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, and compensation reviews. - Partner with the Executive Team to oversee company communications: ghostwrite announcements, create change management strategies, and implement a company newsletter.- Act as payroll manager: complete biweekly runs for 250+ employees, ensure compliance across 30+ states and 3 entities, manage incentive compensation payments, and complete year end processes.- Lead the People Operations Assistant: delegate and provide opportunities for continuous growth.
