Recruited to build and manage the entire software development team of this SaaS workforce management system, including experience in managing an agile development team. The initial implementation of this platform has been in C# .NET 4.6 and SQL, hosted within an AWS environment. Followed by a refactor onto modern C# .NET core and architecting an MVC rebuild using WebAPI and Angular.In this hands-on role, I implemented significant security changes, infrastructure and platform architecture, as well as the build and deployment of real-time chat, machine learning predictive systems, and cross platform delivery of web, desktop, iOS and Android applications.

Lead developer on InSiteTrack – a bespoke big data price and business intelligence tool for businesses. Managing large volumes of data on a daily basis using MS SQL. A large portion of this project was the migration of the platform from Alpha 5 XBASIC into C# .NET and HTML5, using knockout.js. A complete redesign for the interface was also carried out with a focus on UI / UX, making the large volume of data accessible for the end users.
