- Pro actively manage and report on the Daily goings on with the H&S on site - Monitor programmes to ensure that targets are being met at the correct times - Produce and review RAMS - Produce and present relevant Tool Box talks - Enforce site rules - Ensure that the quality of sub contractors installation is up to company standards - Liase with clients at site Level- Liase with building managers at site level - Attend Sub-Contractor meetings - Attend weekly client meetings - Record meeting minutes - Monitor design changes and quieres ensuring they are passed on to Sub-Contractors and clients when needed- Raise any RFIs to the Clients within meetings - Report any risks the project may be incurring - Be aware of all project costs - Complete weekly Project reports which are then issued to the client to keep the clients up to speed on the daily goings on on site- Keep a site diary and log progression and delays if any

This Project Was on a high end Commercial Build in the Centre of London extending over three floors of Electrical fit out. Which included:- Internal and external lighting - Internal and external Electrical heating systems - Fire alarm systems including external fire alarm Beacons- CCTV - Audio systems - Coordinating sub main pulls from the basement up nine floors- Small power works ( Floor boxes, Cleaners Sockets, Audio Power, External power for DJ booths, External Power for swimming pool pumps and equipment)- Distribution Board Installs - Armoured Glanding into sub main panels - Data InstallDay To Day:- Making sure all drawings that are supplied to me are given out in the correct accordance of Revision numbers and making sure all operatives are up to date with install works.- Inducting New operatives onto the site- Ensuring all persons Working on site had signed and understood the RAMS for the work which they are undertaking.- Attending meetings with designers and clients- Weekly Tool Box talks and/or daily tool box talks if required- Liaising with designers on daily/weekly basis to make sure there designs where being fulfilled on site.
