As the President of the Club of Pep, I take on a diverse array of responsibilities to ensure the club's successful running. My tasks include managing a lineup of speakers and overseeing the logistics of their presentations. Additionally, I plan and execute social events, upholding a vibrant sense of community among members. Managing the committee is also part of my role, from recruiting new members to delegating tasks and ensuring smooth collaboration. Administrative duties such as membership management, correspondence handling, and financial oversight are also central to my responsibilities, ensuring the club operates efficiently and remains responsive to members' needs and interests.

As Social Secretary for the Club of PEP, I organise and manage social events for our 150 club members. I help in establishing connections between students and alumni and encourage conversation about the interdisciplinary subject of Philosophy, Politics and Economics and its application in employment and real-life.

My role encompasses assisting the President in general management of the club from helping improve game performance to increasing participation. I provide support and guidance to team members, addressing their concerns, and promoting a positive and inclusive environment. Acting as a key point of contact between the rugby club, college administration, and external organisations, I ensure clear and efficient communication. Furthermore, enhance the club's visibility, and engage alumni and supporters. Through this role, I am dedicated to driving the success of Derwent College Rugby and developing leadership skills that contribute to my personal and professional growth.
