- Partner with Hiring Managers on new and existing requisitions- Responsible for the end to end recruiting process- Collaborate with recruiting coordinators to ensure requisitions are complete, opened, candidates tracked and closed in the applicant tracking system- Review resumes against job requirements- Conduct candidates phone screens/assessments- Present candidates to Hiring Managers for interviews- Create and present offer letters

• Phone screen candidates and qualify for open positions based on experience• Source though multiple candidate’s profiles/to find the best fit for needed job requisitions• Conduct recruiting for entry-level and salaried positions in warehousing and corporate office in Washington and around the country• Maintain daily, continuous email communication with staffing firms and internal management• Act as the liaison for our internal managers, staffing firms and candidates.• Schedule in-person interviews as requested• Maintain multiple tracking records for our requisition report organized by branch• Collaborate with human resources for process implementation• Daily use of Lumesse ATS, excel, word, one note, and outlookWeekly use of calendar for scheduling interviews

The SAF (Services and Activities Fee) committee is a group of students appointed yearly. This committee is responsible for allocating roughly $2.2 million dollars to support student services and programs each year.

Monitored internal theft by performing system audits to flag suspicious transactions and regularly physically stopped the theft of merchandise by customers. Additionally, trained new hires during orientation and continued to mentor them during their tenure. Worked in tandem with Corporate Risk Management Team.

Assisted customers with any questions or concerns while creating a pleasant shopping experience. Provided mobile check support, as well as mobile stock on hand at customers, need to expedite customers shopping experience

Managed the opening and closing of the storefront, including staging the displays with our finest pieces and maintaining a clean store environment. Coordinated deliveries for repairs of clients’ pieces with subcontractors of our business after receiving, logging, and tracking all the incoming pieces.
