Manage all aspects of senior citizen mobile home community of 560 units, including administration and human resources, and asset management; community and resident relations; new and used home purchases, renovations and sales. This positions also requires that I project manage the upgrade of community infrastructure (I.e. water valve replacement, sewage and electrical systems). Prior to leaving resigning from this position, I developed and implemented two events. First a 3 day event named "Rincon Country Rally Days", which was the foundation for establishing a senior citizen mentorship program for local youth. Second, in April 2014 we participated in an Earth Day event that resulted in the planting of 35 trees throughout the community, at no cost to the residents of the owners.

FLX-I-CLEAN, INC. was a commercial and residential contract building maintenance (Janitorial) company. Mr. Harrell turned a $1,500 investment into more then $1.5 million in annual revenue in five years. Our clientele included Wal-Mart, the City of Colorado Springs, Colorado Springs Airport, Memorial Hospital, and Western Pacific Airlines. While at Flx-I-Clean, Mr. Harrell developed a number of business tools that help contribute to the 1,000 % increase in business during its existence.
