I joined CFM Consultants in 2005, primarily to assist with the increasing amount of Subway drawing work due to their rapid expansion in the UK. Since then, I have been involved in the design of over 1800 Subway stores, and have also assisted with site visits, planning applications, building regulations applications, and landlord approvals.During this time, I have also expanded the retail design department, bringing in work from the likes of Greggs, Pret, Taco Bell, as well as other local brands.In 2015, my role expanded to include more Town Planning work, as CFM took on more complex schemes, including residential, commercial, and leisure developments.
