As an experienced serial entrepreneur in medical industry, I established my 4th company IRM, a solutions company for interoperable healthcare in 2013. Previously, I had been a co-founder of INFINITT Healthcare, playing a significant role in developing PACS, RIS and 3D solutions. Also I was a co-president of Ray, a dental solutions company; a co-founder of Eterne, a Korean laparoscopic surgical robot company, acquired by Meerecompany in 2012. I have filed over 260 domestic and international patents so far. I'm a PhD in Medical Science, and MS in Electronics Engineering.

Principal ResearcherSamsung Medison Oct 2005 - Mar 2006- Project: Standards and Connectivity for Ultrasound Scanner- Responsible for software team and especially took the role of analyzing and applying the appropriate healthcare standards such as DICOM and IHE for Ultrasound imaging modalities. Also consulted for the improvement of imaging workflow, image compression, report and evidence document management, waveform management and so on.- Encouraged the company to participate in IHE activities as a secretary of IHE Korea.- Upgraded the connectivity module of the Ultrasound scanner to successfully pass the IHE Korea Connectathon 2005. -
