I completed and certified the quality management system according to ISO 9001, going on with the analysis of the corporate processes of both offices and production for the drafting or improvement of procedures or operating instructions. I developed and coordinated various improvement projects quality of the product (Clear Vision Valco), following the achievement of objectives through periodic reports of KPI. I had under my direct responsibility the laboratory of analysis of the plant.SECURITY: named ASPP (Italian law requirement), following the group guidelines and working in team with the plant manager, I designed and then managed the related external contracts for the implementation of the machine protections and general improvement of the safety of the plant, defining the investments to be carried out. I also managed very serious injuries, including relations with external authorities (SPISAL), and developed the consequent corrective actions. I trained operators on several topics and maintained excellent relationships collaboration with them in order to improve their safety culture. I provided my support to the RSPP for the implementation of the security management system.ENVIRONMENT: I managed the Italian law required authorization procedures (emissions into atmosphere, authorization to discharge of waste water, AUA) and I provided my supervision on the use of the SISTRI system (software required by Italian law for waste transport management).
