Responsible for commissioning facilities and equipment in a new construction/new brewery setting. Primary liaison for marketing, sales, government compliance, human resources and other shared resources.Key accomplishments: successfully establishing and representing Bell’s first remote satellite facility; implementing industry-class safety initiatives and beer quality standards in a small brewery setting; managing and completing physical expansions, including tripling initial production capacity and taproom/retail operation; organizing 1,000-person on-site community BBQ event.

Supervised all cellar logistics and staff, including 12 personnel, 82 fermentation vessels, and 250,000bbl in yearly production.
