My role involved collecting and analyzing socio-economic and macroeconomic data to draw actionable insights using rigorous economic modeling and tools, especially R, Stata, and QGIS. I also managed class administration activities, keeping tabs on students' participation and feedback. Plus, I made occasional presentations on key research findings to stakeholders, especially public organizations, academics, and other industry experts.

Project: The Impact of Psychotherapy on business performance of female-led firms funded through LSE International Growth Centre (IGC) by International Development Research Centre, CanadaThe role involved collecting, organizing, and analyzing administrative datasets on psychotherapy RCT conducted via CANTAB on female-led businesses. I also led data collection efforts for large-scale surveys of female-led companies and their owners, analyzing the experimental data from an RCT to produce reports for donors and policymakers.

In my role, I collected and cleaned data for a pilot project on the development of a MSME database, ensuring 100% accuracy from 4 different locations (Ogun, Abia, Lagos, and Kano); while managing a 5-member research team in data collection to deliver a Vend-R portal to promote D&B franchise. I also coordinated communications between the Nigeria team of D&B and our global partners on work processes and flow chats. I handled stakeholder engagements to identify business trends and deliver quality service to customers. I also enhanced the decision-making for over 30 international companies by providing and analysing relevant information on different companies across different industries in Nigeria and Africa at large.

CPPA is a public policy thinktank committed to providing evidence-based solutions to public problems.As a research associate, I coordinated field study, questionnaire development, and policy round table discussion on a project on Nigeria’s 21st Century Challenges. I wrote and published three research papers and presented on “analysis of selected food demand among urban households in Minna metropolis, Niger state, Nigeria” at the Second Conference of the Feed the Future Nigeria Agricultural Policy Project held in Abuja on 14-16 August 2018 I addressed stakeholders in the agricultural sector using outputs from researches on public issues in food and agribusiness, and economics in Nigeria. I also spearheaded training sessions on three important agriculture and economic concepts.
