As an Adviser my role is to support all levels of management across Cornwall Council and its associated companies in hiring both internal and external talent. This is achieved by managing and overseeing recruitment campaigns, from recommending attraction methods, direct sourcing techniques, alternative selection assessments and, when required, facilitating the offer and on boarding processes.Our goal is to not only to secure the right candidate at the time, but to provide a stellar candidate experience and therefore continue to build our reputation as an employer of choice.

I applied my skills in a HR environment after finishing university with a LLB Law Degree, ensuring my knowledge and experience underpinned my work in this area.My passion is in recruitment and I provide full support to recruitment projects from identification of the profile of the potential ideal candidate to planning and managing advertising campaigns and selection processes. I also provide full HR support to a range of different projects and areas.Living in Cornwall and Plymouth all my life I am enthusiastic to work with local businesses and see them expand and relishing the opportunity to remain in the South West.
