I was in charge of face to face presentations in addition to contract negotiations. I led a large team and was responsible for monitoring job accuracy, nurturing career progression and a regular appraisal process.I displayed my ability to build strong client relationships and a commitment to meeting client and business requirements while achieving measurable results. On a day to day basis I would identify new product offerings, find new markets, explore strategic partnerships, perform detailed analysis of industry trends, market data and oversee unique customer requirements. I was in charge of strategic business decisions to enable growth and increase revenue for the IMD portfolio.
