Working in the People Team, the focus of this role was to implement the required compliance measures identified throughout the Employee Payment Review project. While working in this role, I:- Performed role analysis against the role classification framework (developed from the EPR project) and REM framework, becoming a SME and point of reference for Business Partnering and the REM teams regarding role family evaluation- Built an depth of understanding of the compliance requirements for employees, including their role family, entity, and classification against the terms of the EA, as well as the structural considerations for the classification of individual rolesWhile in this position I also undertook a lead role on the Employee Payment Review project. This included the duties described in my previous role, as well as taking full accountability for the development and execution of the strategic direction of contacting former employees and the resulting back-payments.

Worked as part of a small project team undertaking a large-scale remediation of past and current employees of AusNet, role included:- Communicating with current and former employees regarding the remediation process and their entitlement- Developing, testing, and implementing Salesforce and an online form for the submission of recipient's details in order to make remediation back-payments- Liaising with our partner external payroll provider in order to process payments to former employees- Supporting in completion of remediation project deliverables, such as recording of historical pay rates, development and mapping of process maps for compliance purposes and to prepare for remediation, collation of job description documents, and analysis and reporting of time and attendance of applicable employees- Developing and mapping of initial current-state process maps tying in with the remediation project, with a focus being on documentation and then improvement to work towards a future-state of increased efficiency and streamlining of internal processes

Developing and collaborating with the client and website developers to create a new website and digital presence for a successful startup pest control venture. Key responsibilities in this role include:- Writing copy for the website accurately and succinctly while simplifying technical information - Translating the vision and objectives of the website between the client and developers including design, layout, visuals, features, and functionality

Worked as an intern for the newly formed Tasmania JackJumpers NBL franchise, and assisted while they were forming relationships with key commercial partners for their inaugural NBL season.Tasks I was assigned included:- Generating ideas for activations with potential sponsors of the team- Sitting in on and contributing in meetings with potential sponsors and other partners of the franchise- Proof-reading and checking over copywriting in sponsorship proposals - Conducting research into grey areas for sponsor activations and ways to engage with potential partners of the franchise
