As the former Content Manager at Real Men Real Style, I was directly responsible for the planning of release schedules of RMRS' Content. In addition to this, I oversaw an international team, coordinating with each of the team members to ensure high quality Content is released on schedule, is highly SEO optimised and is increasing viewer retention on YouTube and reader retention on the RMRS website.I also liaise with RMRS stakeholders (sponsors), coordinating with the team at MENfluential Media to provide RMRS with all the links, codes and talking points sent from the sponsors. I am also in charge of ensuring sponsors are able to review Content prior to release. I have have had managerial experiences throughout School where I was the Head-Prefect of one of the Communities at my high school, and the Student Leader of the Prefect Group. I have actively and professionally interfaced with a variety of people throughout my time including the Senior Staff at various schools, speakers representing a variety of not-for-profit organisations such as Beyond Blue, The Worlds Greatest Shave, The Cancer Council and also a variety of Christian leaders. Furthermore, I was a part of a team of students who led a program run by the Faculty of Sciences at the University of Adelaide whose primary focus was on increasing retention of incoming first year students in the faculty during the final year of my degree. I have been acknowledged by multiple people from the above organisations including the Senior Staff at my high school and University for my professional etiquette, quick response time, friendly and engaging attitude and excellent representative of my school and the Faculty of Sciences in all business related matters.
