In the role of the BED Fund General Representative, I was responsible for managing the Better Education Donation (BED) fund for Engineering as a whole. This role involves developing and presenting proposals for the strategic allocation of the fund, ensuring it was used to benefit students in line with Eng-Soc By-Law. I also attended monthly meetings with the BED Fund Head Manager to coordinate initiatives, align on goals, and ensure compliance with institutional policies. This experience allows me to strengthen my skills in financial planning, proposal writing, and collaborative leadership, while contributing to the enhancement of educational resources for my peers at Queens Engineering.
