Business Development Director
CurrentAssist in the development of the division’s goals and marketing plans. Assist in the development of contracts, commission schedules, and management reports necessary to evaluate and improve agency plant. Assist with Business Developer and agency training of divisional IT tools. Work with Territory Managers and Business Developers to evaluate agency profitability. Provide coaching to business development staff. Develop relationships to promote increased sales via key agents/agencies. Participate in employee and agent update trainings. Assist in the analysis of division’s competitive position within the marketplace. Assist Business Developers in building strategic relationships with agents to achieve targeted premium and profit goals of the division. Assist in the development of IT solutions for business development staff and agency force.
