I held a pivotal role that revolved around the internal management of a multi-million pound government contract to provide accommodation across the country for the largest royally chartered youth program in the UK. In this capacity, I assumed the primary responsibility for liaising with the government counterpart, overseeing all communication aspects. Furthermore, I took charge of a number of essential functions including all processes, KPIs and SL achievement, budget management, reporting, and timescales. I was responsible for the negotiation of commercial terms and contracting with our largest clients, and the internal management of a team of 6.- Consistently delivered a target unit cost at least 5% below contractual requirement.- Operationally led a number of new, successful pilot programs opening accessibility to more individuals.- Significantly reduced program accommodation costs compared to previous years.- Successfully managed two years of cancelled program, retaining the majority of the budget through commercial terms.
