I have held a position as a seasonal receptionist (for 2 summer seasons) at a bed & breakfast in Sicily, my birthplace. Concurrently, I am pursuing my undergraduate studies in natural sciences and environmental studies, with my degree program still in progress. Additionally, I have recently commenced employment at NH Hotels (October 2023) as a Front Office secretary, where my duties encompass guest reception, standard guest registration procedures, providing recommendations, and managing various complaints. Under the guidance of an exceptional Front Office manager, I am honing my skills in utilizing SAP TMS management software and expanding my knowledge in finance, Front and Back office operations. In addition, through my interactions with numerous international guests, I have significantly enhanced my proficiency in both English and Spanish languages. I am committed to continuous improvement with the goal of advancing within this field, aspiring to assume a Front Office management role.
