Role• To manage the overall project delivery as per customer / TCS expectations and plans. To ensure service delivery excellence -meet, improve, and exceed Service Level AgreementsBusiness Communication Management• Ensure Client & TCS related communication reaches to relevant stakeholders• Obtain Client Feedback - CSI and ensure implementation of suggestions/ improvements.Financial Management• Understand financial implications of the contract and implement necessary controlsClient Relationship• Conduct periodic review of operations and collect feedback from Client & Internal Management on operational efficiency• Assess future requirements of clients and apprise the SDO of the same.Risk management• Maintain Multi-tower project level risk register• Proactively identify people/process/technical risks• Identify/ suggest mitigation plan and implement approved mitigation plansQuality management• Identify action items based on review and ensure closure of Audit Gaps• Facilitate and validate processOperations Management• Ensure Service delivery as per contract. Validate daily service availability and health check• Conduct periodic meetings with Domain leads for identifying service improvement opportunities • Ensure team contribution to Knowledge managementTransformation Management• Drive & Guide team to identify possible transformational initiatives • Validate Process & tech transformation inputs from Domain manager and Domain lead• Suggest initiatives for co-creation of valuesCapacity planning• Validate Staff workload analysis and ensure efficient utilization of infra/people resources• Review and collate fluidity plan from all towersVendor management• Conduct 3rd party/ Vendor meetings, vendor performance validation & reviewPersonal development• Create a development plan vis-a-vis one’s aspirational role in discussion with the managerTeam Management• Support & provide guidance to learn to achieve personal, team & professional goals
