As the art designer and manager of my design and store, I create appealing merch designs for biblical quote niche, motivational quote niche, Trends and ever green niche. I get ideas for the designs based on market data. After the design phase, I ensure to create good product listing that gets visible in search results and also manage the entire store in an organized system through collections to aid the accessibility of buyers to products they might be interested in, based on the design niche. Lastly , I create awareness of very new designs through social media platforms( most used - Pinterest), inorder to draw more traffic to my store ( aside the inbuilt marketing system and traffic of the company) and ultimately lead to a conversion.In addition to these functions is the balancing of all payments earned from the sales of design, made by the company to my account holder- payoneer. The teepublic POD platform provides POD entrepreneurs like myself, with essential guides to creating lists that have a greater chance of been visible and getting listed among the search options of buyers based on specific niche.Through the help of the guide provided and skills which I have acquired inorder to create a good product listing, I have been able to scale through the phase of struggling for my store's visibility to getting maximum visibility for my store and coupled to this achievement, is the consistent effort of creating appealing designs, adhering to design protocols and company's rules, crafting good listings and creating more awareness for my brand .over 1year of being in the industry, I have made a huge number of sale and advanced into the highest tier of POD designs within the company; the artisan level. This advancement has led to more visibility even in a saturated trending niche and has paved way for my brand to scale through upgraded tools.
