• Maintenance manager for a 470 member organization. Responsible for workload analysis, establishing shop policy, enforcing compliance with EPA and OSHA standards, and analysis and consolidation of maintenance data using.
• Responsible for the daily maintenance of over 400 vehicles and pieces of equipment valued at over $425 Million.
• Implemented a new Quality Control Program in conjunction with a new annual equipment service schedule that resulted in no significant maintenance issues for over 400 vehicles serviced.
