CorneaGen is a mission-driven company committed to transforming how corneal surgeons treat and care for the cornea. CorneaGen's mission is to eliminate corneal blindness by 2040. At CorneaGen, I progressively accepted increasing responsibility demonstrating dependability, thoughtfulness, and cooperation. Assisted in implementing COVID-19 safety precautions and policies, managed weekly all-staff communications regarding company events, news, and HR related functions, assisted the Office Manager with all functions of building access, company sponsored metro programs, facilities, events, and health and wellness functions, assisted HR with recruiting, onboarding, and termination processes, and facilitated separation of CorneaGen and our eye banking partner SightLife. This separation of roughly 350 employees between organizations included facilitating the separation of shared support teams such as HR and IT and the subsequent recruitment of new teams, splitting shared office space, building out HR processes for both organizations, and serving as a contact point between them.

The Arrupe House is the on campus residence for the Jesuits of Seattle University. While working at the Arrupe House, I assisted in coordinating on-site events, meal plans, meal set-up and take-downs, resident move-in and move-outs, and communicated with residents to resolve facilities related issues in an orderly and timely fashion.

L'Arche Noah-Sealth is a non-profit that houses people with developmental disabilities. Their mission is make known the gifts of people with developmental disabilities by engaging with local communities and hosting events. While volunteering for L'Arche in college, I managed a group of five students to create and implement a social media campaign to boost community engagement with L'Arche. In that campaign, I photographed L'Arche community members to personalize and highlight those people, coordinated with other students to create an informational video, developed social media posts to boost community engagement on social media platforms like Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook, rebranded and streamlined communication strategies for L'Arche's social media communities of hundreds of users.
