Conducted refinery-wide survey of 95 heat exchangers as part of a $9M initiative. Also managed a $400K project to install instrumentation to allow more advanced process control schemes on compressor operations. These optimizations allow $180K savings annually.

Taught a 9-week Tagalog language and culture class to small groups of departing missionaries. Selected by our team leader to work one-on-one with missionaries to develop personalized development and training activities. Helped over 200 missionaries during time as a teacher.
