My name is Samuele Rhys Davis, I’m a multi-talented entrepreneur with a passion for music, community, and connectivity.Originally from Cedar Rapids, Iowa, my journey has been anything but conventional. After graduating from Linn Mar High School in 2013, I pursued my love for football and enrolled at Wartburg College. However, in 2015, I transferred to the University of Northern Iowa, where I explored various interests beyond football.Since 2019, I've worn many hats, each adding a layer to my unique story. From pounding the pavement in door-to-door sales to delivering top-notch service as a bartender in various high-end establishments, I honed my skills in communication, customer service, and resilience.In parallel, I've also delved into the realm of digital marketing, leveraging my creativity and understanding of online platforms to promote my music and build a presence as an artist and producer. As a digital account executive, I've helped clients navigate the digital landscape, driving results and fostering meaningful connections.In 2021, I ventured into the world of insurance, obtaining my Iowa Health and Life Insurance license and selling both health and Medicare plans. While my focus was on financial security, it was also about serving others and empowering them to protect what matters most: their family & their future. Combining my experiences in digital marketing with a deep desire to serve my community, I made a significant internal shift by the end of 2023. Recognizing the power of online engagement and communication, I saw an opportunity to leverage my skills in real estate.By obtaining my Iowa Real Estate License and joining Re/Max Results, I've merged my passion for serving others with my knowledge of digital marketing to provide clients with a unique and effective approach to buying and selling homes.Through it all, my journey has been guided by a spirit of curiosity, resilience, and a genuine love for bringing people together, whether through music, community events, or just good conversation.Ready to connect or collaborate?
